I know, it's been nearly 6 months since the last update, but I am still alive. I have been on coop at ISP Chemicals in Calvert City, KY, and it has been a great experience so far.
As for the main topic of this post, one of the things I wanted to do while on coop was to build myself a new computer since the one that I have had is over 4 years old and is need of quite the upgrade. The motherboard is quite old and doesn't support all of the new and wonderful technological advances that have taken place in the computer industry over the past few years. This means I had to start from scratch. The experience has been great so far, especially since my case came in this afternoon. The rest should come in on Thursday. I don't have work on Friday so that means I should hopefully have it all up and running by Friday evening. I'll try to keep an update on my progress.
The parts that I have ordered can been seen here.

School is starting yet again
Well this is my last day of my 3 week summer vacation. Tomorrow morning I will be starting out my semester by going to my World Religions class at 8:00 am. Some of the other classes that I am taking include Physical Chemistry, Co-op Seminar, Material and Energy Balances, Organic Chemistry I along with a lab, and Differential Equations for a grand total of 18 hours.
It kinda feels odd not doing marching band this year, but I had my five year run of that. It was worth it. I am going to try to venture out and try more things this semester like being more involved in intramural sports with my fraternity. I will also be able to tailgate this year and watch football games without working.
This is going to be an exciting and busy fall semester.

Almost over
Well yesterday was my last day of classes for my first summer semester, and you don't know how happy it makes me feel. Tomorrow I have 2 finals, one in materials science, and the other in Calc 3. Then I have a Physics 299 final on Friday. I'm almost there.

It's been a while
It's been a while since I have posted, but not much has happened.
E3 just happened, and I am stoked.
Too many great games coming out this fall and spring, and I can't wait for them all, especially Killzone. The gameplay on it looks amazing as well as the atmosphere of the game. They took all of the great points of the first one, and made them all freakishly awesome.

Fiesty Fawn
I am currently trying to almost completely switch to Ubuntu Linux right now, and for the most part, it is working just fine. Here are just the few things that I don't have completely working yet,
Running an ad-hoc wireless network
Getting WINE to work, because there are still a few Windows only programs I have to run
and not being able to delete the files on my other HDDs which are in the NTSF format
Other then that, Linux is working great.
BTW, if you are reading this, please comment so that I know that people actually read this.
